Shipping & Returns
All orders, once payment has cleared, will begin processing within 24 hours. Once an order has begun processing, it is not possible for you, or us to edit it prior to shipment. Please make sure all information is input correctly before submitting your order. Any order that is returned to us due to an insufficient address will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee. A one time reshipment is available but if the package is returned again for the same reason, it will automatically be refunded with a 20% restocking fee.
We charge a flat shipping rate for Standard shipping (4-5 business days), that can also be upgraded to Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) for a fee. Once your order ships, you will be email with the tracking information. Due to our multiple fulfillment centers, your order may be shipped in separate shipments. Any order over $85 will receive free Standard shipping.
Lost by Carrier: We are not responsible for any errors made by the carrier. However, if you have not received your package after 7 days of the delivery confirmation email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue, if possible.

Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping with the purchase over $85. Online orders usually process 1-2 business days and ship from the initial purchase date, and are usually delivered with 3-7 business days. Packages ship from our distribution center in Gardenia, California.
NOTICE: Occasionally, some email systems junkmail filters will mistake our receipt and tracking emails for SPAM. Please make sure to add us to your email white list so you can receive communications from us regarding your order.
Purchases will include the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping where applicable.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Items that do no meet this criteria will not be accepted.
All sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.
